Lounge/Dance Band   Candidate Profile

 

The ideal candidate should be able to perform entertaining and animated dance sets, as well as some easy listening music. Since your audience may include all age groups, a large memorized repertoire is required. The ability to play passengers' special requests is a definite asset. The group should be an asset to the ship's entertainment department by exhibiting a professional attitude and exemplary conduct at all times. Conversational English and a pleasant disposition are compulsory. Candidates must have extensive experience, such as hotel, wedding and convention work. Ship experience is a plus.
