Strolling Musicians
Repertoire
For strolling work, the emphasis is on providing passengers
with music they enjoy. Your audience will include all age groups
and different nationalities. Consequently, a large memorized
repertoire of songs from every country is needed. Your repertoire
must include American standards, Italian, Spanish, French, British,
Irish, Scottish, German, and Greek music, as well as light classical,
and contemporary music. The ability to play passengers' requests
is a definite asset.
