Video Technician

 

The Video Technician must be able to use video and editing equipment. You will record events during the cruise, then edit these segments into a video cassette that passengers can purchase as souvenir. You may also be asked to video record other activities, to video some parts of shows that will be shown live on the theatre's video wall, to supervise the good functioning to the ship's closed circuit television system, etc. Basic maintenance and repair of equipment is required. The Video Technician is under the supervision of the ship's Stage Manager/AV Manager or Cruise Director, who is responsible for scheduling.
