Candidate Profile:  Seeking a dynamic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an engaging personality. Candidates must be resourceful, inquisitive and self motivated workers. Spoken and written English must be at a business level. Beginner, Intermediate or advanced student of music.

As a recruiter, your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, setting up auditions and then booking them on one of our many cruise ships from around the world.

Keeping regular contact with your candidates is very important and relationship building is a key factor in determining your success. Understanding your candidates needs and finding the perfect match for them is your challenge.

Most communication is done by phone and email. Computer skills are essential and experience with MAC systems is a plus. The perfect candidate must also be organized and a quick decision maker.

Skills:  

• Telemarketing, surveying, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with Mac systems
• Musical training and/or work experience is an asset.
• Experience working on a cruise ship is an asset.

Salary offered:  To be discussed.
Number of hours per week: 40
Job status: permanent full time rotating days and evenings
Job start date: Immediately
